ProTop ("we", "our", or "us") operates the ProTop mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our App.
Information We Collect
Account Information
When you register, we collect your phone number, name, and profile information that you provide.
Profile Photo
With your permission, we access your device camera or photo library to allow you to set a profile photo. Photos are uploaded to our servers and stored securely.
Device Information
We collect push notification tokens to send you notifications about your orders and application status.
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App, including session duration and feature usage.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To display your profile to other users (specialists and clients)
- To send push notifications about order status and updates
- To improve and maintain the App

Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use session-based authentication and encrypted connections (HTTPS) to protect your information.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties, except:
- When required by law
- To protect our rights or safety
Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or billing purposes (in which case the data is anonymized).
Account Deletion
You may permanently delete your account directly inside the App at any time. To do so:
- Open the App and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the action in the dialog.
Deleting your account will permanently remove the following data from our servers:
- Your profile information (name, phone, email, photo)
- Your specialist profile and applications
- Your subscriptions and payment references (anonymized for billing audit)
- Your push notification tokens and registered devices
- Your in-app notifications and referral history
- Uploaded photos associated with your account
This action is irreversible. After deletion, you can sign up again, but previous data cannot be restored. If you have any active paid subscription, contact support@protop.uz before deleting to discuss refund eligibility.
Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the App.
